Sales uplift after new P-O-P units for Akzo Nobel brands

Design and installation agency Cirka has developed a range of P-O-P displays for paint producer Akzo Nobel. Units for brands including Cuprinol and Dulux were installed in more than 600 Homebase and B&Q stores across the UK.

The displays have created an upturn in sales, with B&Q reporting a 16 per cent increase in sales of Curpinol Ducksback products since the installation in participating stores. Stores which did not receive the display saw an average 6 per cent fall in sales.

Retailer feedback has also praised high compliance levels and quality execution, according to Cirka. “The feedback from the stores and customers has been excellent and we’re pleased that we’ve been able to increase sales for the various ranges we’ve worked with,” says Cirka creative director Stuart Brazier.
