New Nike store at Dover Street Market

Nike has opened its refurbished Nikelab store at Dover Street Market in London, with design by Rosie Lee.

The sports brand has traded from Dover Street Market since 2014. This has been the first refurbishment of the space.

The design seeks to blend the practical benefits of a working store with the high fashion ideals of Dover Street Market. It reflects the existing industrial elements of the host space, using reclaimed metals and wooden pallets to create flexible merchandising displays.

The freestanding displays allow the layout to be reorganised to suit the needs of each new collection.

Shoe displays are mounted on sloping wall units with industrial-style lights, with a mirrored wall along one side of the interior.
