CBRE buys Swedish shopping mall

The Gallerian Nian shopping centre, in Gävle in Sweden, has been acquired by CBRE Global Investors for SEK 765,000,000. The vendor was a closed end fund managed by Barings Real Estate Advisors.

The centre houses 50 retail tenants over two floors, a cinema complex and an office floor with nine tenants. There are 700 parking places.

A renovation project took place in 2014. The centre is anchored by branches of Coop, Systembolaget, H&M, Lindex and Clas Ohlson.
