Snow + Rock flagship opens at Bluewater

Outdoor sports brand Snow + Rock has opened a flagship store at Bluewater in Kent.

Designed in-house, the 1,208 sqm (13,000 sq ft) store is one of the brand’s largest. It is located on the upper Rose Gallery, and stocks snow sport clothing and equipment, plus ranges of luggage, footwear, camping equipment, clothing and accessories for climbing, walking, and other activities. In-store services include boot fitting and ski servicing.

The Runners Need brand is also featured in the store, with services such as gait analysis and expert running advice.

“The opening of our store has been extremely successful as we revealed our new concept to Bluewater’s guests… our focus on providing an in-store experience that will attract and engage with a wide audience will ensure we can convert the many guests through our doors to loyal brand advocates,” says Snow + Rock marketing and omnichannel director Paul McDermnott.

Russel Loveland, portfolio director at Bluewater co-owner Landsec, says the store fits well with the centre’s strategy to provide an experience-led offer. “The statement store provides a unique service and one-stop shop for our active and adventurous guests,” he says.
