Aether bar concept opens first branch at Liverpool ONE

Aether, a new concept bar from The Alchemist group, has opened its first branch, at Chavasse Park in Liverpool One. Designed by Nottingham-based interiors agency Macaulay Sinclair, the bar offers a range of cocktails inspired by the elements.

The 149 sq m (1,600 sq ft) bar features a performance area that offers a distinctive live music space for up to 50 guests, and an outdoor seating area with 80 covers.

“It’s been brilliant to see an exciting new concept become a reality over the last few months and we are delighted to be launching this amazing idea… We know the area well and think Aether will beautifully compliment the exciting line up of food and drink venues that Chavesse Park already offers,” says The Alchemist managing director Simon Potts.

“The team at The Alchemist and Macaulay Sinclair have created a stunning new bar in a unique and attractive location within the city,” says Alison Clegg, director of asset management at Liverpool One owner Grosvenor Eurpoe.

The centre will also see Junkyard Gold Club open in early 2019, to further expand its leisure offer.
