Disney pop-up returns to Peterborough

A pop-up Disney Store has opened at Queensgate shopping centre in Peterborough, in time for the festive season.

The store design, developed in-house, reflect products inspired by a range of Disney brands, including the soon to be released Frozen 2. The latest instalments of Star Wars and Toy Story also feature heavily.

“We’re really pleased to be bringing Disney Store back to Queensgate shopping centre in Peterborough,” says Disney Stores Europe general manager, Mike Stagg. “We’ve heard from our fans that they’ve missed having a Disney Store in this area so we’re looking forward to bringing back the magic. Guests can find exclusive Disney favourites along with all things Disney and Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars. Disney Store remains the number one destination for families and gift givers to experience that Disney magic and we look forward to welcoming guests in-store.”

“Disney is a world-class brand with a strong reputation and global reach, and we are pleased they have joined Queensgate,” says Guy Thomas, head of retail at Queensgate parent company Lendlease. “Disney’s interactive retail experiences will draw both existing and new families to the destination, and we are certain the brand will perform brilliantly alongside our strong roster of toy brands, opening their doors ahead of the important festive trading period.”
