New store format for Neom Organics

Wellbeing and scent brand Neom Organics is to open a new concept store, designed by Caulder Moore, on Guildford’s distinctive cobbled high street.

Neom seeks to offer ‘small mindful moments’ to its customers with its products, which are intended to be used throughout the day.

Caulder Moore was briefed to build on the existing aesthetic of the Neom Organics stores in Wimbledon, while creating a memorable and multi-sensory immersive experience, with ownable retail elements that can be applied to the brand’s concessions in other stores.

The new store will feature the brand’s ‘nude pink’ corporate colour on its exterior, with interior arranged around four key product categories: sleep, distress, energy and happiness. Displays seek to engage the senses, with products showcased via floral arches.

A central display table will celebrate the brand’s natural credentials with a large branch feature. The space will be surrounded by seating, to allow the store to host talks and events.

“Consumers are increasingly seeking refuge in wellbeing and asking brands to make more of a contribution to their quality of life, this store seeks to do both and on a multi-sensory, immersive level,” says Caulder Moore brand designer Rebecca Roberts.
