Paint brand Little Greene to open biggest showroom yet

British paint brand Little Greene its second London showroom – and its largest to date – on the King’s Road, in a store that is part of the Sloane Stanley Estate.

Little Greene can trace its history back to 1773, and makes its products in one of the oldest sites in the country for making dyes and paints, at Collyhurst Wood on the outskirts of Manchester. It has showrooms in Paris, Munich and Marylebone.

The brand plans to open its latest branch during September to coincide with the launch of the London Design Festival. The site is currently being worked on by Premier ShopFit, which is working to designs by an in-house team.

The showroom will feature a Colour Consultancy Suite on the lower level, and a large feature wall displaying Little Greene’s bespoke Colours of England collection. On-site services include a tinting and mixing machine that will allow customers to take away paint in any colour and finish required.

“Having enjoyed great success with our Marylebone showroom, as well as our European outlets in Paris and Munich, we had been working assiduously to find the location for an even larger store,” says Little Greene managing director David Mottershead.

“Fashionable and chic, but friendly and approachable, the King’s Road and Little Greene seemed just the perfect fit… we’re looking forward to welcoming homeowners and designers to the showroom, where we can offer them inspiration and expert advice on colour combinations, wallpaper designs and paint finishes,” he adds.
