We often hear the High Street pronounced dead. But is it really in such bad health?

This webinar will cut through the headlines to see what retailers are really doing with their physical estates – and ask what customers want to see from them. It will look at retailers which are performing well from physical stores, the online retailers who are increasingly opening stores, and seek to find out what went wrong for those stores which have closed.

Looking to the future, we will consider what demands and opportunities will shape our high streets for the next generation.

  • Are modern shoppers turning away from digital devices in search of ‘real’ experience?
  • Are we trying to save too many high streets?
